OnPlayerDownloadFile

Description
Called when a client finished downloading a package file from the server.
Syntax
OnPlayerDownloadFile(player, FileName, Checksum)
Parameters
- player
The player identifier - FileName
The name of the file they just downloaded. - Checksum
The checksum hash of the file
